Wind Burn
Painter, Photoshop
July 2006

Scanned into Photoshop from a pencil drawing. Taken to Painter, where I tried this and that. As my first attempt at a work in Painter, I just didn't record all the tools I used. My aim was to fix the scan as this drawing was one of several on a piece of vellum, kept in the basement since early 1980's.

See the original scan at the July 10, 06 entry: "Digital Drawing, First Attempt" at Illustrated Ideas

All I know is I could not have cleaned this up in Photoshop, and found my way in Painter to do that and also make the original drawing more stylized.
